Description
Sylvia E. Bowen and Lula Smith Residence Hall was built in 1971. Bowen was a former mathematics teacher at Savannah State College and Smith was a 1901 graduate of the Georgia State Industrial College, the second coed graduating class. As of 2015, the building serves as a residence hall for women.
